Meet The Doctors
Stephanie Parent, DC, ACCC/AVCA
Dr. Stephanie Parent is a Colorado state licensed human and animal chiropractor. Dr. Parent is also certified in animal chiropractic by the Animal Chiropractic Certification Commission (ACCC) of the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA). After serving active duty in the United States Air Force, Dr. Parent attended Texas A&M in Galveston, TX, earning a BS in Marine Biology. Right after graduation, she began her studies at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena TX, and during her last year, attended ACES (Animal Chiropractic Education Source) in Meridian, TX. During this time and through dedication and hard work, she obtained over 200 hours of animal chiropractic training and knowledge, and graduated from ACES two months before Texas Chiropractic College. Dr. Parent also dedicated additional time to Activator training, as she wants the ability to help her patients in various ways. She is currently working towards her Activator Advanced Proficiency rating.
Dr. Parent is married to her loving husband Chris, owner and operator of HomeWise Inspections PLLC, and they have three awesome sons, Damien, Damon, and Silas. After moving from hot and humid Texas in June 2018, the Parent family now resides in beautiful Monument, CO, along with their 3 cats, Brucey, Purnturn, and Fluffy.
Tiffany Johnson, DC
Dr. Tiffany Johnson, a seasoned Chiropractor licensed in the state of Colorado has recently joined Dr. Stephanie Parent at Walks of Life Chiropractic. She is contracted as our in-office chiropractor. She also holds licenses in Virginia, Missouri, and Arizona. Dr. Tiffany has been practicing since 2012, adjusting humans and more recently treating equine and canine patients. She began her education studying Chemistry at Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania. From there she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West, in San Jose California, to obtain her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Shortly after graduating PCCW, Dr. Tiffany moved to Flagstaff Arizona where she practiced for six years, locally as well as on the Navajo reservation. Dr. Tiffany has experience with Activator Method, Thompson Drop Technique as well as Kinesiology Taping and Graston Technique. Realizing her passion for animals she left her practice to continue her education in Wisconsin, attending Healing Oasis for her Certification in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy as well as a certification with the College of Animal Chiropractic (CoAC). Dr. Tiffany now lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, looking forward to healing the surrounding community and their furry family.
