Need to make a payment?
As a reminder, payment for service is required at the time of or before the appointment. Payment arrangements made prior to the appointment are the exception. We do not typically allow payment plans or post-dated checks.
Accepted payment methods are: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Card.
Zelle is typically offered through most financial institutions. To check if yours is listed, visit https://www.zellepay.com/get-started.
Credit card payments incur a processing fee calculated to Total: Invoice charge + 3.5% +.10
We no longer accept payment through PayPal
When paying with a check, please make the check payable to Walks of Life Chiropractic or WOLC.
For payment through Zelle, you may need to first add Walks of Life Chiropractic as a recipient. This will likely show up as S and C LLC as this is our legal business name with our bank (Walks of Life Chiropractic is just the "doing business as" name). We do not have a phone number associated with our account so you will need to use [email protected] as the email address.
Payment through Venmo, if asked for the last four of our phone number, please use 7308.
